    Endeavor offers a suite of wholesale professional private label services to complement its traditional field services and order fulfillment logistics. Available al a carte, these operations support services help to round out the Endeavor service offering to provide a complete operations outsourcing solution. Like all Endeavor professional services, 24x7x365 Tier I & II Technical Support, Enhanced Acceptance Testing, Project/Roll-out Management, and Staff Augmentation are priced with your profitability in mind and can be resold at a profit or affordably internalized.

    The Endeavor Technical Access Center TAC is staffed everyday, all day, and offers custom branded end-user and channel support to carriers, service providers, integrators, VARs, and manufacturers. The Endeavor TAC serves as frontline and triage support to your customers as well as internal staff. Endeavor Tier I & II support staff determine if the reported issue is related to user-error, premise network (LAN) environment, carrier failure, or possible hardware issue by following a predetermined script on isolating faults. Endeavor offers customized support plans with customer-specific decision trees, fault isolation matrixes, and escalation procedures. The Endeavor TAC offers 100% call recording and customer access to the ticketing functions of ESP to assure quality and accurate reporting on support history.

    Enhanced acceptance testing extends a basic acceptance test to include custom scripts written and executed to your unique specifications. Endeavor works with your network team to determine the characteristics and functionality requirements you need to test before turning up the site. This option can be particularly valuable for complex systems and emerging technologies as well as a means to reduce your internal hold-times and support queue staffing.

    Endeavor is very proud of its team of project management consultants. Endeavor PMs are well-organized, polished, professional, and are expert in qualifying projects to assure timely implementation at or under budget. Endeavor's dedicated program and project managers are the single point of contact for you and your customers during project implementations and roll-outs. The Endeavor project manager oversees communication between all project resources (facilities engineers, specialists, integration consultants, and installers) to coordinate the arrival of deliverables from multiple locations and keep the implementation on schedule, within specifications, and on budget. Endeavor project managers follow PMI standards to determine and eliminate potential failure modes in complex deployments.

    Endeavor Consultants are available as enhancements to current technical staff for special projects. In addition to staff augmentation for special projects, Endeavor can provide organizations with top performers to serve as full-time onsite consultants or full-time placements.
