Hello from Endeavor!

We hope you all had a fun and relaxing Thanksgiving break. The Endeavor team has certainly been in the holiday spirit of late, as you'll see in this month's Spotlight article, which includes pictures from our recent Halloween celebration and Thanksgiving potluck. Be sure to check it out, along with a special "Thank You" to everyone who has contributed to Endeavor's success over the past year!

We're also getting closer to one of our favorite trade shows, the NRF 101st Annual Convention & EXPO, taking place January 15-18, 2012, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The Endeavor team will be exhibiting at Booth 2824. If you would like to attend, please see the Upcoming Events section to get more details and to receive a complimentary expo pass.

From everyone here in the Endeavor family, we would like to wish a happy and safe holiday season to you and yours.

See you in December!

Spotlight

The holiday season is here, and along with it, the inevitable few months where many retail and service-based deployments scale down until after the New Year, when the influx of holiday consumers returns to normal levels. While the holiday season always brings a slight dip in daily volume, the Endeavor team is busy as ever, using any extra capacity to provide intensive support for those projects still ongoing and not impacted by seasonal considerations, to conduct refresher training for the staff members, and to implement operational improvements based on customer feedback and the past year's successes and challenges.

During this period of reflection on the year that was 2011, it's important for the Endeavor team to acknowledge all of the hardworking individuals who help ensure that each year is even more successful than the last. First and foremost we would like to thank our awesome base of customers, both new and old. The partnerships we've forged have meant so much to Endeavor and the monumental growth we've undergone over the last several years and are still experiencing, thanks in large part, to the tireless efforts of the individual teammates employed by our customers. From operations personnel who intimately interact with Endeavor on a daily basis in order to assure end-users a fantastic experience to the hard-working sales folks who drive our business, we'd like to thank each and every one of you for all of your hard work, support, and valued partnership.

And what would a field service company be without a dedicated team of Field Engineers? Endeavor FEs are the go-to-guys, at the ready at all hours of the day and night, on weekends and holidays, to "make it happen" for Endeavor's customers. Their commitment to excellent service and meeting customers' critical needs when it counts has been a big reason for Endeavor's continued success. The creation of the FE Engagement committee earlier this year marked the company's commitment to supporting our FEs in the field. Several new processes – including enhanced automated log-on options and ETA text messaging – were implemented based on FE feedback. Several initiatives are being developed over the next few months and we look forward to giving back to the diligent individuals who represent Endeavor and its customers in the field day in and day out.

Finally, we would like to thank our wonderful staff. The Endeavor team, unified in its focus on customer service excellence and high quality workmanship onsite, is the brightest, most enterprising assemblage of talented individuals with whom one could ever hope to work. Their efforts, along with those of our valued partners and Field Engineers, have made a huge difference in Endeavor's current success; thank you all for dedication and ongoing support.

Thanks again from the team here at Endeavoring. To help get you in the holiday spirit, We've included some pictures from recent holiday events, including Halloween and the TAC Thanksgiving potluck. We wish you and yours a wonderful holiday season.
