Hello from Endeavor!
This month's edition is highlighted by the second installment of Big Endeavors, a 2-part spotlight feature we began last month. Last issue included a retrospective of the amazingly successful year that was 2010 and this month we are looking ahead to see what exciting things are on the horizon for Endeavor in 2011. Recently Endeavor celebrated its annual kick-off party, so the entire team is excited about building upon the monumental growth last year and continuing the trend of breaking revenue and volume records into 2011. We have also included pictures from the event so be sure to check them out in the Company Spotlight section!
Finally, Endeavor's sales team is looking forward to Channel Partners Conference & Expo, taking place from March 13th through 15th at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Endeavor will be exhibiting at booth #1410 and is looking forward to seeing you there. For more details about the Expo and how to register, check out the Upcoming Events section.
Thanks for your continued support. Until next month!

Big Endeavors Part 2 - A Look Ahead
In last month's edition of Endeavoring we looked back at the monumental year that was 2010, highlighting major news such as the company's recapitalization with Trivest Partners, the appointment of two new members of the executive management team, and Endeavor's dynamic growth during the year which resulted in a 44% increase in overall headcount. This month's spotlight will take a look into the crystal ball to see what's in store for Endeavor in 2011.
If Endeavor's Annual Kickoff Party was any indication of how the year will play out, then 2011 is sure to be fun and exciting for Endeavor staff and customers. The Kickoff Party is put on early each year for the entire Endeavor family, celebrating the accomplishments of the previous year and setting the stage for the one ahead. As always, top performing staff members received awards for their outstanding performance, and the night culminated in drinks, dancing, and fellowship. Before the festivities kicked off, Justin McLain, Endeavor's CEO, addressed the group and highlighted some of the exciting plans underway for the coming year.
Continuing to build upon the growth of 2011, Endeavor recently announced that hiring is currently underway to fill several roles across key operations and technical departments. The hiring will ultimately increase headcount by 15% as Endeavor is targeting top talent in Metro Atlanta. Openings include senior positions in Operations Engineering, Staff Management, and Finance. Senior and Junior Level positions are also available within Endeavor's IT group as well in areas such as Software Development, Systems Administration, and Systems Analysis.
Positions are available in Endeavor's Project Management group, which is quickly growing into a robust organization that will ensure top level support for critical customer deployments. While in the past, Endeavor's Account Managers served to maintain customer relationships and serve more of an enhanced customer service role, the burgeoning PM group will utilize a classical PMI approach to ensure the success of customer engagements and implement key initiatives across the account base. As the PMO continues to expand, its tiered structure, which consists of Program Managers, Senior PMs, Project Managers, Engagement Managers, and Project Coordinators, will not only provide opportunities for seasoned industry veterans seeking employment in the metro Atlanta area, but also a promotion path for top performing staff members.
Endeavor is also excited about the record-setting number of trade shows that will be attended in 2011 by the Sales Team. As the company continues to expand its offerings in taking on customer deployments that integrate services beyond traditional access such as security, access control, Point of Sale systems, the sales team will likewise increase the visibility of these services and the entire Endeavor portfolio by presenting at no fewer than seven trade shows and similar events during 2011. The team is excited about seeing old friends and making new ones as they exhibit at the major trade shows around the country to spread the word about Endeavor and its suite of outsourced professional services. Next stop will be Channel Partners Conference & Expo, taking place Marching 13th through 15th at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
As you can see, there are many reasons to be excited about the year to come. Despite the economic difficulties suffered across the U.S. last year, Endeavor grew by 35%, continuing its trend of posting double digit growth every year since the company's inception. While many companies were laying off its workforce, Endeavor's staff grew by 44%. Much more growth and a commitment to the ongoing optimization of operational processes for customers can be expected in 2011 as the company will build upon its successes from last year. The Endeavor office is abuzz with excitement for the year ahead, working diligently in their mission to provide top notch quality to customers and striving to ensure that 2011 is the most successful year yet.
