Welcome to the September edition of Endeavoring!
The Endeavor office is bustling these days as the team is working extra hard to maintain top notch service levels for customers. With increasing volume from existing customers and several new deployments underway or coming down the pipeline, business is great. Endeavor is currently experiencing major company expansion due to the volume increase, not only in head count but also in the types of enhancements implemented in order to ensure the success of customer engagements.
In fact, expansion is a major theme of this month's newsletter so be sure to check out the Company Spotlight article which details this further, along with the press release featured in the Company News section.
We hope you enjoy this month's edition.

ENDEAVOR TELECOM EXPERIENCES COMPANY WIDE EXPANSION SIX MONTHS AFTER RECAPITALIZATION
Endeavor Telecom is pleased to announce that six months after the successful completion of its recapitalization with Trivest Partners, the company is experiencing major expansion in response to explosive revenue growth and in preparation for several new customer relationships which have been won. "The past six months have been our busiest ever from both the company's activity level and amount of effort spent on preparing the organization for its next phase of growth. After completing the recap, we aggressively pursued a plan that involved enhancing the executive management team, revising our project management organization, updating our tasking and prioritization system, hiring and training additional team members, which will increase the company's Atlanta staff 44%, and growing revenue with major new customers in both traditional services and new business lines. While exciting, it hasn't been easy. With growth and change, there are obvious challenges-especially in training new talent and retraining more seasoned staff," says Justin McLain, the Chief Executive. "With the most disruptive items behind us, we are already starting to see the benefits of our hard work and planning. While the company's financial performance is at a historical high, I am most excited that, in the coming months, our customers will enjoy an unparalleled level of service and that our teams both in the field and TAC will benefit from a system and body of processes aimed at keeping them productive and happy."

If you stop and ask anyone at the Endeavor office - that is if you are able to since they'll likely be on the phone handing an important dispatch, on a conference call with a customer discussing a new deployment, or in the warehouse working to get through a long line of CPE needing configured and shipped - you'll likely be told, "It's a busy time for Endeavor." That's because business is great - and it's not likely to slow down any time soon.
Six months ago Endeavor went through the recapitalization process which provided an exit for inactive, minority shareholders from acquired companies who collectively held 12% of Endeavor's stock, and put into place a group of investors completely dedicated to aggressive growth and further enhancement of the already top notch service levels provided by Endeavor. Six months later, this promise of aggressive growth and operational enhancement has shown true, as any member of the Endeavor team will attest to.
In fact, there is so much going on that the Technical Access Center has already outgrown its expansion from just three years ago! Renovations will be under way soon to add additional office capacity for the growing number of staff. Overall company head count has increased by 44% increasing capacity in virtually all operations groups such as Service Provisioning, Service Delivery, Resource Management, Logistics, Admin/Accounting, IT, and Account Management.
The office is abuzz with anticipation of the forthcoming announcements of additions to the executive management team including a Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Finance. There is also excitement wrapped around the upcoming creation of a revamped Project Management organization. Currently, Account Managers serve more of an escalated customer service role, whereas the creation of a formal Project Management group will utilize a classical PMI approach with an independent reporting structure outside of customer care in order to ensure success of customer engagements and implement key operational initiatives across the account base. The tiered group - consisting of Senior PMs, PMs, and Project Coordinators - will also provide a potential promotion path for top performers.
All in all, it's been a fast paced and momentous 6 months since the March recap. If the growth experienced in this time is any indication - and it most certainly is - you can expect more exciting news from Endeavor moving forward as the company continues to grow. Thanks to our loyal customers, hard-working technicians, and dedicated team of staff and management, Endeavor is poised to remain the industry leader for years to come.
