Hello from Endeavor!

It has been an extremely busy and productive month for the team, as this month's edition will attest to. This month's Endeavoring features several newsworthy, exciting events that have been going on at Endeavor. One particularly special piece of news is regarding Endeavor's recent recapitalization with Trivest Partners and the exciting enhancements in store for customers and staff on the horizon thanks to the new investment capital. Also, in the Company News section, you'll find a second release that announces Endeavor's participation in the ING Atlanta 2010 Marathon and Half Marathon. As part of an ongoing corporate initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle, 16 members of the Endeavor team trained for months and completed the run. This month's spotlight features highlights and photos from Endeavor's annual kickoff party last month, during which the staff was rewarded for their ongoing hard work with a night of drinks, dancing, and awards.

Finally, Endeavor's Sales & Business Development team would like to send a shout out to all of our old partners and new friends they met with at Channel Partners Conference & Expo earlier this month in Las Vegas, which, once again, was a smashing success. It was great to see everyone, and we look forward to catching up with you all again sometime in the near future!

ENDEAVOR TELECOM STAFF AGAIN A FORCE AT THE ANNUAL ING GEORGIA MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON AS PART OF COMPANY HEALTH INITIATIVE

Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, is pleased to announce that 17 of its staff members completed the fourth annual ING Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon on Sunday March 21st. Read the Rest

On the evening of February 27th, 2010, Endeavor held its annual Kickoff Party, an event aimed at showing the company's appreciation to those who have made it successful by treating them to a night of good food and fun times. It's also a time to reflect on the successes of the past year, both as a company and in the recognition of stellar accomplishments by top performing individuals. As always, the event was planned by Endeavor's Cultural Committee and took place at the Piedmont Room of Park Tavern overlooking Atlanta's skyline and Piedmont Park.

This year's party was particularly special in light of the major news, as announced above in this month's newsletter, regarding Endeavor's successful recapitalization with Trivest Partners. Justin McLain, Endeavor's CEO, addressed the party goers on this topic, personally thanking the staff members for all the hard work that helped make it happen, along with recognizing the friends of Endeavor from Croft & Bender, Carlton Fields, and Bennett Thrasher, who were present and played an important role in the transaction.

Jamie Elias, a partner at Trivest, made the trip from Miami to celebrate with the team and to personally tell the Endeavor staff just how excited Trivest is to have an opportunity to invest in the company. In his address to the attendees, he expressed stressed how unique of a company Endeavor is overall, especially to have maintained such a proven history of consistent growth despite the down economy over the past year. Jamie also indicated that as its capital partner, Trivest was committed to supporting Endeavor in its continued expansion. As mentioned in the press release above, the investment capital will also serve to enhance the services provided to existing customers through a more sales focused organization, increased resources for staff development and training, continuous upgrading of the Endeavor Service Portal (ESP) to optimize automation and scalability, and a bolstering of head count for staff and management to maintain the company's growth.

After Jamie sufficiently got the crowd pumped up by talking about the exciting things in store for Endeavor, the microphone was handed back to Justin who concluded by recognizing select staff members. Recent new hires were recognized and welcomed to the team, and those staff members who received promotions or acquired certifications over the past year were also acknowledged. Finally, the annual awards were given out, which recognize exceptional performances by individual members of the staff. Each recipient received a trophy, a significant cash bonus, and a rousing round of applause for all of their accomplishments last year.

At the conclusion of the awards, the real party commenced, as the tunes were rocking, and certain members of the staff and management team could be found cutting the rug on the dance floor. The drinks were flowing, and the Endeavor family enjoyed some quality time of fun and fellowship together late into the evening. After a night full of merry going, the company provided transportation to make certain everyone got safely home. It was a celebration worthy of such a great group of hardworking people and their many achievements over the past year.
