The NRF Convention and Expo in New York City was a great success, as we were able to spend some quality time with existing partners and forge new relationships with companies looking to make their operations more efficient in utilizing Endeavor's wholesale white label professional services. ENDEAVOR TELECOM'S ATLANTA-BASED EMPLOYEES COLLECT 2,148 POUNDS OF CANNED GOODS IN FOOD DRIVE FOR ATLANTA COMMUNITY FOOD BANK

Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company of Choice for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced that its Atlanta headquarters' employees have collected 2,148 pounds of food items in the company's December food drive and have donated the proceeds to the Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB). Endeavor employees' efforts and contributions will supply over one thousand one hundred meals to low-income Georgians through ACFB's network of more than 800 nonprofit partner agencies throughout Atlanta and North Georgia.

Each January, Endeavor welcomes the new year with its annual Kickoff Party, an event aimed at bringing the entire team together for a night of drinks, dancing, and delicacies. It's also a time to reflect upon the victories of the previous year and set company-wide initiatives to be achieved in the year forthcoming. Planned by Endeavor's Cultural Committee, the 2009 Kickoff Party was held at the Piedmont Room of Park Tavern overlooking Atlanta's skyline and Piedmont Park on the evening of Saturday, January 10th. It was a memorable evening, delivering both fun times for the staff and an important message from Justin McLain, Endeavor's CEO.

After the troops had settled in with a drink in hand and the buffet lines dwindling, McLain addressed the crowd, beginning with a review of the successes of the 2008 calendar year. In addition to reviewing the high profile customers with whom Endeavor had begun partnerships, along with the continued expansion of services in diverse markets such as digital signage, complex wireless networking, and AC power installations, he also discussed Endeavor's significant growth throughout the year, no small accomplishment considering the current economic situation. "The problems of the current economy actually represent an opportunity for us," stated McLain. "Companies are looking to reduce overhead by outsourcing, and our ability to supplement customers' operations in the face of any necessary layoffs puts us in a position to reach out to more prospects who may be in need."

Despite the successes of '08, McLain continued by emphasizing the importance of maintaining a high level of focus across all departments to work toward even greater achievements in 2009. He challenged each individual to commit to themselves and each other to focus on the present, indicating that at each moment there is a chance to do something extraordinary, something that may enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, or profitability. Next, there was an overview of some larger initiatives already underway to further pave the way for a prosperous and triumphant 2009. These initiatives – including new goals for the outside sales team, the forming of an offshore software development team, increased capacity in key departments, and the development of new tools aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing training materials – set the stage for what is sure to be the most successful year in company history. To finish off the evening, select members of the staff were recognized. Recent new hires were welcomed to the family, and team members who had been promoted throughout the year received well-deserved acknowledgment, as did top performers of the staff and management team, who received trophies for their exceptional accomplishments and contributions in 2008. All in all, the evening was a smashing success, further strengthening the bonds between all members of the Endeavor team. 2009 is here and we are ready to take the challenge!
