Hello from Endeavor!

This month's edition is focused on feedback - your feedback! Often in this industry, it is an unfortunate truth that a single piece of negative feedback amongst thousands of successful installs in a given day may stick out as the most prevalent and overshadow the many positive accomplishments completed by the multitude of teams and individuals involved in delivering top notch field services. We are happy to utilize the August edition of Endeavor to take a moment to focus on the positive feedback.

First, be sure to read the press release featured in our In the News section, which announces a forthcoming program Endeavor will be starting within the next few weeks. The new Way To Go! program will encourage positive feedback related to top performing staff members and field technicians via monthly awards that can be redeemed for fun prizes. The program will allow customers and staffers to recognize exemplary technicians each month and likewise will allow technicians and customers to similarly reward staff members who have gone above and beyond to deliver top notch service.

Also at long last, we are happy to announce the winners of our 2nd Annual Trick Our Truck contest! This year's contest was a huge success, as the number of participants and degree of creativity was taken to the next level! We want to congratulate the winners and thank all of those who participated - your entries were impressive and a lot of fun for the Endeavor team.

We hope you enjoy this month's edition and that you'll be encouraged to take a moment every once in a while to give some positive feedback to recognize a top notch effort.

ENDEAVOR TELECOM ANNOUNCES FORTHCOMING WAY-TO-GO! PROGRAM TO RECOGNIZE TOP PERFORMING STAFF MEMBERS AND FIELD ENGINEERS

Endeavor Telecom announced that the Way-To-Go! program, through which top performing staff members and Field Engineers will be awarded points that can be accrued and redeemed for a variety of prizes, will be launched in the coming weeks. Read the Rest

The votes are in and counted for the winners of Endeavor's 2nd Annual "Trick Our Truck Contest." Ten finalists were selected by a panel of judges which were then voted upon by readers of Endeavoring to determine the winners. The contest challenged participants to creatively decorate one of Endeavor's squishy vans, and this year's entries raised the bar, as the number of entries received more than doubled those from last year. So, without further ado, here are your winners!

Deep Blue Yonder

Our 3rd place winner captures the heights to which Endeavor has climbed atop the industry as the Telecom Truck Roll Company and leading provider out outsourced professional services. The entrant's meticulous use of photo editing software has seamlessly combined Endeavor's staple van with a sleek fighter jet leading a tightly formed squadron into the atmosphere. Our worthy 3rd place winner will receive an American Express gift card for $100.

Bulldozing the Competition

As its name suggests, the 2nd place winner exemplifies Endeavor's continued expansion as it separates itself from its industry counterparts through its top notch technicians, expansive coverage across all of North America, and cost savings benefits. The winner, who will receive an American Express gift card for $250, has crafted a truly formidable machine (not unlike Endeavor's operations team) by placing the top of the Endeavor van onto the frame of a construction vehicle. This guy means business.

Stars and Stripes Endeavor

This year's 1st place winner taps into the patriotic spirit of Endeavor's team based out of the United States and was a favorite amongst customers, technicians, and staffers. Headquartered out of Atlanta, Georgia, Endeavor and its staff are privileged to serve customers not only in the U.S. but also in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean and are grateful for the soldiers who protect their freedom each day. Our 1st place winner will receive 2 round-trip tickets on Delta airlines.

The editorial staff here at Endeavoring would like to thank everyone for their participation in the contest, which was a smashing success. Participation levels and the creativity of entries were off the charts this year, and we look forward to doing this again next year. Congratulations to our winners!
