Season’s Greetings from Endeavoring!

Welcome to the December issue – our final edition of 2008! The Endeavor office if buzzing with the holiday spirit as we are in the midst of finishing up our food drive to provide canned goods to the Atlanta Food Bank. Last year, 2,731 pounds of food were donated, and we are hoping to break that mark this year!

Be sure to check out the press release in this issue announcing the well deserved promotion of Andrew Schroer to group President and COO. Also, don’t forget to take a look at the Upcoming Events section for information on a complimentary Expo Pass for the NRF Convention and Expo in January.

Finally, as we wrap up 2008 and reflect on the great growth and success Endeavor has experienced this past year, the editors here at Endeavoring want to take this moment to thank everyone for their continued support. ENDEAVOR TELECOM NAMES ANDREW SCHROER PRESIDENT & COO

Atlanta, GA, December 19, 2008 – Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company of Choice for carriers, service providers, VARs and equipment manufacturers, today announced that Andrew M. Schroer has been appointed the company’s President and Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, Andrew will oversee the operations management team in their constant efforts to manage the day-to-day operations of a complex service organization while continuing to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he will continue leading Endeavor’s account management team, focusing on developing relationships with new and existing customers, and also driving other company sales and marketing efforts.

Jeff from Atlanta

Jeff, a member of Endeavor’s Service Provisioning Team, has been chosen as Staffer of the Month for December. Jeff is a team player and is always efficient when it comes to scheduling jobs. He is consistent in producing high scheduling numbers on a daily basis and has made significant contributions to the Provisioning Team. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Jeff graduated from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Management. When he’s not busy scheduling jobs, Jeff enjoys watching sports, playing guitar, listening to music, playing poker, and spending time with his twin brother and the rest of his family.

Doug from Minneapolis

Doug is an Endeavor Field Engineer in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan area and has been with Endeavor for five years. Doug was chosen as Field Engineer of the Month for December due to his consistent performance on customer sites. Doug is originally from Minneapolis but has lived in various cities around the US. In his spare time, Doug enjoys hunting, fishing, and conducting family research on his family back to the year 1632. He and his wife are looking forward to the birth of their second grandchild in the near future.
