Welcome to the first edition of Endeavoring – our new company newsletter! 

As we continue to grow as a team and a company – we uncover new opportunities on a regular basis. These opportunities promote progress, and also prompt us to focus on providing quality communications to our internal constituencies, and to our partners and customers. This new monthly newsletter forms the latest addition to our communications program.

Endeavor is enjoying substantial momentum, which is a result of our increasing market opportunities, and our ability to capitalize on these opportunities, through the hard work and dedication or our field teams. We’re looking forward to a truly successful year ahead.

ENDEAVOR TELECOM EXPANDS LEADERSHIP TEAM

Endeavor recently announced the appointment of two new Directors who are focusing on expanding Endeavor’s VoIP professional service offerings and accelerate the company’s overall growth.

Robert von Sprecken has joined Endeavor as director of business development, responsible for creating and managing relationships with key partners and customers in the VoIP ecosystem.  As a senior member of Endeavor’s management team, Robert brings more than 25 years of experience to Endeavor in the areas of marketing, product development, business development, and alliance management.

Endeavor has also recently appointed Michael Hudlow as its new director of sales engineering.  Mike is leading a team of engineers and partners to drive continued revenue growth.  Mike brings extensive experience in the telecommunications industry to Endeavor, along with a proven track record in product development, sales engineering, customer management, and network integration.

ENDEAVOR TELECOM EXTENDS RELATIONSHIP WITH VONAGE FOR RESIDENTIAL VOIP INSTALLATIONS THROUGHOUT CANADA

Endeavor recently expanded its relationship with Vonage (NYSE: VG) through an agreement with Vonage Canada – to supply professional installation services to residential and SOHO customers throughout Canada. In September of 2006, Endeavor announced that it had been chosen to develop and manage a professional installation program for Vonage customers throughout 39 cities across the United States. Since that time, Endeavor has installed Vonage service to tens-of-thousands of residential and SOHO Vonage customers, exceeding all SLA and customer satisfaction goals. Because of the program’s success in the U.S., Vonage has expanded its professional installation program into Canada, and has once again selected Endeavor Telecom to be its service partner.


ENDEAVOR TELECOM NAMED TO THE 2007 "PULVER 100"

Endeavor was also pleased to announce that last month – at Spring VON – the company was named to the Pulver 100, which is the premier listing of privately-held growth companies that represent the future of IP-voice and video communications. Endeavor was the only installation-services company named to the list. Pulvermedia bestowed this honor on Endeavor because of the company’s reputation within the VoIP ecosystem, and because of Endeavor’s impressive track record in helping companies deploy VoIP-based customer premise equipment, and Endeavor's innovative technical support and logistical services, which play a vital role in successful VoIP deployments.

Tony from Atlanta

Tony was chosen as Featured Staffer for his positive attitude and willingness to put in extra time and effort to keep customers satisfied.  He is well-liked by teammates and field engineers alike for his charming, jovial personality. Tony graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in General Business.  He is a die hard fan of the Georgia Bulldogs football team and is counting the days until football season begins.  In his spare time he enjoys working out, coaching youth sports leagues, and considers himself a movie buff. 



Rowan from San Francisco

Rowan has served as an Endeavor Field Engineer in the San Francisco bay area for nearly two years.  His technical expertise, professionalism, and determination to get the job done despite the circumstances have inspired a lot of confidence in him from customers and end-users.  A native of Dublin, Ireland, Rowan has lived in the United States for 14 years.  He is a self-described sci-fi fan with a particular fondness for Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica.
