ENDEAVOR TELECOM ROLLS OUT ONLINE INVOICING AS PART OF CONTRACTOR SUPPORT INITIATIVE

This new feature allows Endeavor subcontractor’s to save time and costs in completing all invoicing via the Endeavor Service Portal (ESP).

Atlanta, GA, June 29, 2009 - - Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced that online invoicing is now available for subcontractors via its online system the Endeavor Service Portal (ESP). This new feature has been unveiled as part of Endeavor’s Contractor Support Initiative, and was developed as a collaborative effort between the company’s Contractor Payables and Integration teams to provide a convenient and cost-effective means for subcontracted technicians to submit invoices for payment.

Endeavor technicians utilize ESP on a daily basis for many functions such as downloading work orders, viewing their scheduled dispatches, and checking for pending installs requiring manual scheduling due to special requirements. Technicians also complete training modules that detail the latest technologies and installation specifications on ESP via the Endeavor Training Center, which has recently been upgraded as another aspect of the Contractor Support Initiative to include enhanced multimedia and reporting functions. With the new addition of online invoicing, subcontracted technicians will be able to use ESP as their one stop shop for the major administrative tasks required to perform installations for Endeavor.

Before the online invoicing was in place, invoicing for subcontracted technicians was a manual process, requiring paper invoices to be sent in the mail for payment. The new system will alleviate the burden of managing excessive paperwork and eliminate costs associated with postage and the materials needed for printing, preparing, and sending invoices in the mail. Subcontractors will be not only be able to submit their invoices in ESP and therefore receive payment sooner, but will also receive instant confirmation of its receipt and have visibility to tracking information and estimated payment receipt date. Endeavor’s accounting team will also feel the positive impact of the new invoicing system, as substantial time will be saved without having to process, enter, and file each invoice manually.
