ENDEAVOR TELECOM ACCELERATES THE GROWTH OF ITS VOIP BUSINESS

January 30, 2007 - Endeavor, The Telecom Truck Roll Company of Choice for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced that it has made an investment to expand its VoIP professional service offerings and accelerate the company's overall growth.

Endeavor's wholesale professional services business- North American field installations/dispatches, order fulfillment logistics, and operations support - has increased dramatically within the last year, due in large part to expanding demand for VoIP technology across enterprise and residential markets. While Endeavor has operated profitably since 2003, Endeavor's existing private equity investors have provided additional capital to quickly expand the capabilities needed to seize these market opportunities, and accelerate Endeavor's growth.

New enhancements to Endeavor's VoIP-related offerings include:

  • The creation of a new account management group for enterprise and residential VoIP installations.
  • The creation of a new sales engineering group focused on enterprise VoIP installations and network assessments.
  • And the addition of several new outside business development staff who will aggressively pursue engagements with companies that provide VoIP service and hardware.

Additionally, Endeavor is enhancing its overall business capabilities through the following additions:

  • A quadrupling of the recruiting and training organization which manages the North American field technician force.
  • Expanded training programs and quality audits for all field techs, including contractors.
  • Additional IT staff to enhance the Endeavor Service Portal (ESP), which is used for the auto-scheduling of installations by service provider customers.
  • The delivery of a new warehouse management system.
  • Increasing the fleet of trucks in major markets to compliment the existing 350 direct field engineers and 9000+ subcontractors.
  • Expanding company's Technical Access Center (TAC) by more than 50-percent.
  • And adding additional staff in operations departments associated with scheduling, technician support and quality assurance.
