ENDEAVOR TELECOM PROMOTES ERNEST HATFIELD TO DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER CARE
New Position Created to Address Continued Growth and an Ongoing Commitment to Enhance Endeavor's Quality in the Field
Atlanta, GA, June 2, 2008 - Endeavor, the Telecom Truck Roll Company of choice for carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, today announced that Ernest Hatfield has been promoted to Endeavor's new Director of Customer Care.
In his new role, Mr. Hatfield will be responsible for managing the customer-facing components of Endeavor's internal operations, which include the service provisioning and account management organizations. Endeavor's inside account managers will now report directly to the Director of Customer Care, through a structure that facilitates greater access to support staff and a streamlined chain-of-command for customers. Mr. Hatfield's departments are collectively charged with making sure orders are scheduled, commitments are kept, projects are fully implemented, and customer needs are addressed to the highest levels.

Hatfield began his career at Endeavor more than four years ago, as a Field Operations Coordinator, where he was in an entry-level position on a team responsible for the manual scheduling of day-to-day orders. Throughout his career at Endeavor, Hatfield has received numerous performance and management excellence awards and has continually progressed up the ranks to the positions of Senior Service Provisioning Coordinator, Team Lead, Service Provisioning Manager, and, now, Director of Customer Care. Hatfield holds a bachelors degree in English from Wake Forest University, plays a prominent role in corporate, and customer communications, and serves as a contributing author for the "Endeavoring" newsletter.
