ENDEAVOR TELECOM NAMES JUSTIN MCLAIN CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

June 18, 2007 - Endeavor Telecom's board of directors today named Justin McLain as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Since the 2002 spin-off of Endeavor from SSI, Justin has been responsible for overseeing all of Endeavor's operations, and today's announcement formalizes his charter, which has been in place since Endeavor's inception.

As the steward of Endeavor's equity value, Justin focuses on guiding the company to maintain the service products and strategic relationships which assure Endeavor's success within the telecommunications industry. Justin is also actively involved in managing Endeavor's relationships with its private equity investors and largest customers.

Justin has been in executive management with Endeavor since its divestiture in 2002. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Vice-President of Sales for Endeavor's former parent company, SSI, where he provided an array of consulting services to telecommunications companies. Prior to that, Justin spent several years in actuarial science and management information systems for HealthSource, a South Carolina managed healthcare insurance company. Previously, he worked in international business development for Shin-Etsu Polymer Corporation, providing electronic commodity products to automotive manufacturers throughout North America and Asia.

Justin earned Bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Biology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He was also an Asian Scholar with a dual language focus in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
